COREN AND CIFCFIN SIGNS MOU TO STRENGTHEN STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP

On Wednesday, 6th March 2024, a significant milestone unfolded at COREN HEADQUARTERS in Abuja, as the Chartered Institute of Forensics and Certified Fraud Investigators of Nigeria (CIFCFIN) formalized their commitment to a landmark partnership with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). 


This collaborative venture signifies the multidisciplinary aspect of forensics and promises to contribute substantially to the growth and development of the professional landscape in Nigeria. The MOU encompasses strategic initiatives designed to fortify professional standards, enhance educational programs, and facilitate the exchange of knowledge and resources between CIFCFIN and COREN, setting a precedent for excellence and innovation in both the forensic and engineering realms.


At the signing ceremony, CIFCFIN was represented by distinguished delegates, including Dr. I.B. Gashinbaki, the Pioneer President and Chairman of the Governing Council; Prof. S.A.S Aruwa, the 2nd Vice President and Dr. Isa Salifu, the Registrar/CEO, accompanied by other esteemed members of the CIFCFIN Council and staff. 


While on the COREN side, key figures present included Engr. Professor Abubakar, Sadiq Zubair, FNSE, FNIAE, President of COREN, Engr. Prof. Adisa Ademola Bello FNSE, FAEng, Registrar of COREN, along with other distinguished members of COREN’s Governing Council and staff.
